We do not offer refunds or replacements for change of mind. If you would like to cancel/change an order, please contact us at info@gloartistry.com within 3 hours of your purchase. Any orders that have been processed, packed, and shipped can not be canceled.
If you have received a damaged/faulty item, please contact us within 4 days of you receiving your shipment. Please send us a photo and description of the item, along with your order details and your choice of a refund or replacement. All returned goods must be packed properly with tracking. Refunds for returned items will be made within 7 days of us receiving the item back.
