When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are dispatched via Australia Post on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the following business day. Preorders will be dispatched once they arrive and are ready to ship

Australian shipping

• Standard shipping: $9.95 - estimated delivery in 3–7 business days
• Express shipping: $14.95 - estimated delivery in 1–3 business days
• Free standard shipping: Available on orders over $100

Delivery estimates begin after dispatch. Express shipping provides faster delivery but does not change the next business day dispatch timeframe.

International shipping

International shipping is $30, with estimated delivery in 5–10 business days. Any customs duties, taxes or import fees are the customer’s responsibility.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, carrier delays, customs or public holidays. Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

Local Pickup - Fairfield West, Sydney

Free contactless pickup is available from our private residential location in Fairfield West, Sydney.

For privacy, the exact pickup address is provided in your pickup confirmation email once your order is ready.

Pickup hours: Monday–Sunday, 9am–9pm

Once your order is ready, text us with your preferred pickup date and approximate time. Please provide at least 24 hours notice so we can have your order waiting for you.

We'll send you collection instructions and a photo showing exactly where your order will be left. No need to knock or wait for us, simply collect your order from the designated pickup area.
