When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are dispatched via Australia Post on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the following business day.
Australian shipping
Delivery estimates begin after dispatch. Express shipping provides faster delivery but does not change the next business day dispatch timeframe.
International shipping
International shipping is $30, with estimated delivery in 5–10 business days. Any customs duties, taxes or import fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Learn how to use each product in the correct order to get the most out of your retention routine.
Apply a small amount of Whipped Cream Cleanser to the natural lashes using a cleansing brush. Gently work the cleanser through the lash line to remove makeup, oil and residue, then rinse thoroughly and dry completely before moving to the next step.
Dispense one drop of Primer onto a micro brush. Apply sparingly to the natural lashes, focusing on the area where the extension will be attached. Allow the lashes to dry fully before beginning application.
Shake Eternal Bond for 1 minute before use, then dispense a fresh drop. Dip the base of the lash extension into the adhesive and apply it to the isolated natural lash using your usual application technique. Replace the adhesive drop as needed throughout the appointment.
Once the set is complete, fan the lashes before applying Bonder. Dispense one drop onto a micro brush and apply it only to the adhesive bonding points. Avoid oversaturating the lashes and allow the product to dry before finishing the appointment.

I love the consistency and viscosity of the glue, the fact it works in basically any environment is amazing especially in this dry winter weather. The glue sticks on with no issues and the fumes are sooo low, I’ve tried many glues that claim to be low-fume but aren’t. My client whose eyes are usually red after a fill were completely fine after using this glue! I also got my lash tech to use this glue on me, my eyes usually burn but my eyes felt so perfectly fine with no irritation.
