When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are dispatched via Australia Post on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the following business day.

Australian shipping

  • Standard shipping: $8.95 - estimated delivery in 3–7 business days
  • Express shipping: $12.95 - estimated delivery in 1–3 business days
  • Free standard shipping: Available on orders over $120

Delivery estimates begin after dispatch. Express shipping provides faster delivery but does not change the next business day dispatch timeframe.

International shipping

How to use

Step 1 – Primer

  1. Cleanse lashes first using Whipped Cream Cleanser.
  2. Squeeze a drop onto a microbrush.
  3. Apply evenly from roots to tips of the natural lashes.

Step 2 – Bonder

  1. After finishing the set, fan dry the lashes for 30 seconds.
  2. Squeeze a drop onto a microbrush.
  3. Apply to the base of the lashes where the glue is, coating both the top and bottom.
  4. Fan dry for another 30 seconds to set and maximise retention.
